The DVD chapters alone were worth it, but the online access meant I could rewatch the pressure-and-release section on my phone right before our first session. My dog finally understands what the tap means, and our walks are actually relaxed now.
The structured intro really helped me get the basics down for the collar, and I liked that I could watch the DVD on my own schedule. Wish it went a bit deeper into troubleshooting stubborn dogs, but it's a solid starting point for the price.
