The shorter points really do make a difference—my neck doesn’t feel as raw after a long session, and the way they curve with the skin is spot on. I’ve already swapped these onto both my RX-070 and RX-050, and they’re way more comfortable than the standard pads.
The titanium points sit much flatter along my neck curve than the standard pad, so I can finally wear it for hours without the usual red marks. The short-point design really does take the edge off that sharp digging feeling, and two in the box means I’ve got a spare ready.
The curve of the points sits perfectly against my neck, so the pad doesn't dig in the way the flat ones did. It's noticeably more comfortable for a full session, and the five titanium points still give a solid, precise hit.
