Our vet warned us that metal contact points can irritate sensitive skin, so these conductive plastic pads were the obvious fix. The fit on our RX-120 is snug and my dog doesn’t flinch anymore during training. Definitely worth it for single-coated breeds.
It works as promised for my short-haired dog, who finally tolerates wearing the pad without fussing over metal irritation.
