After my first session following the structured introduction, my dog responded within minutes and the video breakdown of the fundamentals made everything click. The online access is a lifesaver since I can rewatch each step on my phone right before heading outside.

I was nervous about using the collar at first, but the structured introduction in the online program walked me through the fundamentals so clearly that I felt confident by the second session. The step-by-step chapters go at just the right pace, and the online access meant I could rewatch the collar-fitting section on my phone right before our first session. My lab picked it up faster than I expected once I followed their structured approach.
