My dog has the thickest double coat imaginable, but these brass points and aggressive wing design finally make solid contact without me having to shave patches. First session and the responsiveness difference is night and day compared to the standard pads.

The titanium wings finally reach through my husky's dense undercoat without me having to press hard, which is a relief. The brass points hold their position well too, so it stays put during the whole session.
