This transmitter pairs with my RX-090 receiver without any fiddly setup, and the button feel is crisp enough that I can practice finger drills for hours. My only tiny gripe is that I had to buy the charging block separately, but the unit itself holds a charge surprisingly well between sessions.
The button layout is identical to my old unit, so I didn't have to relearn anything—that alone saved me a headache. Pairs up in a couple seconds with the small receiver, and the signal hasn't dropped once during my sessions.
The receiver pairs instantly with the new transmitter, and the button feel is crisp enough that I can finally tell if I'm pressing cleanly or just sloppy. The lack of a belt clip is a bit annoying, but for a trainer replacement it does exactly what it should.
