Long Point Barkless Comfort Pad
Brass points.
Multi-point pad with longer points to disperse stimulation surface area and increase comfort.
Developed for dogs with long, single-coated fur.
Best if used by breeds with fur similar to a: Poodle, Yorkshire Terrier, Papillon, Maltese, etc.
The brass points on this pad are noticeably finer than the stock ones, and the longer spread really does distribute the pressure better on my pup’s long coat. He actually stands still during training now instead of fidgeting. Took a couple sessions to get the fit right, but worth it.
My dog has that thick, single-coated fur that usually makes training pads tricky, but these brass points slide through it easily and the longer point distribution really spreads the pressure out. He actually seemed relaxed during our session this morning, which is a first.
The longer points on this pad make a huge difference for my collie’s dense coat—no more matting or digging into the skin. It disperses the pressure much better than the standard point version, and he actually stands still during training now.
