The Velcro strap is plenty long, so I wrapped it around my thumb and it stays put even when I'm moving around. Paired it with my FT-330 and the wireless button responds instantly, no lag at all. Can't ask for much more from a replacement.
Took me a minute to sync it with my FT-330, but once it paired, the wireless range is perfect for my needs. The velcro strap is easy to adjust with gloves on, and it’s nice to finally have a spare that works exactly like the original.
The velcro strap holds it securely to my finger even during long shifts, and pairing it with my FOB 562 was completely hassle-free. It's already saved me from fumbling for the main transmitter a dozen times this week.
