My dog has the thinnest, sleekest coat you'll ever see, and the shorter points on this pad finally sit right without digging into her skin like the old ones did. The multi-point layout spreads the contact out so much that she barely flinches during training now.

The brass points on this pad are shorter than my old one, and they spread the pressure out so much better on my short-haired terrier. She actually stands still during training now instead of fidgeting, which is a huge win for us.
