独立锂电池在美国境内禁止作为货物空运。2016年2月，国际民用航空组织（ICAO）——负责监管国际航班危险品运输的联合国机构——颁布禁令，禁止在所有飞机上以货物形式运输独立锂离子电池（UN3480）。
2019年3月，PHMSA IFR将美国锂离子电池运输法规与ICAO法规相协调，并对地面运输提出了额外要求，以确保锂离子电池不会违反规定被装载上飞机。

The shipping warning was a little alarming at first, but the pack arrived just as wired for my small DIY project. It holds the 3.7V charge well and fits the tiny compartment without any trouble.
The 300mAh capacity is exactly as stated; I swapped out my old worn battery and this one holds a charge noticeably longer. There was a helpful notice about air shipping restrictions, which made me appreciate that it arrived safely and without delay.
