The shorter points really do make a difference—my skin doesn't get that raw, irritated feeling after wearing it for hours. The curvature design hugs the neck nicely without digging in, and the two extra pads are a thoughtful bonus.
The curvature-fitting design is a nice touch; it sits far more comfortably along my neckline than my old flat pad. Four stars only because I wish the included extras were labeled more clearly, since I didn't realize they were spares at first.
